By accessing and using MusoLoop (the “Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account and using the services provided by MusoLoop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website.

2. User Registration

a. To access certain features of the Website, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

3. User Content

a. MusoLoop provides users with the ability to upload content, including but not limited to text, images, and other media (“User Content”).

b. You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload to the Website. User Content must not include any:

• i. Hate speech, discriminatory or offensive content.
• ii. Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
• iii. Illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

c. MusoLoop reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content that violates these terms. Accounts found in violation may be immediately deleted without prior notice.

4. Subscription & Cancellation

a. MusoLoop operates on a subscription basis, processed securely via Stripe. When you subscribe, you authorise MusoLoop and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for recurring payments at the interval specified during checkout.

b. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your MusoLoop account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which access to premium features will automatically expire. If you have any issues please contact hello@musoloop.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

c. No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before your next billing date.

d. Failed payments or charge disputes may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account.

5. Refund Policy

a. Due to the nature of the services provided, MusoLoop does not offer refunds for account deletion, early cancellation, or termination resulting from a violation of these Terms of Use.

6. Intellectual Property

a. All content and materials on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of MusoLoop and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Termination of Account

a. MusoLoop reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use.

8. Changes to Terms

a. MusoLoop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Website after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
